2. Should one have prior experience or good flexibility, fitness or strength before enrolling ? All students will start from where they are "at this moment" in time and slowly progress accordingly to their enthusiasm and commitment.
3. Why is Yoga Sessions so so powerful and effective? Getting in touch with ones' body, mind, breath and subtler experiences would lead to the experience ones True Self. In this space, deep seated stress melts away, old habits die, faculties of tranformation and boundless energies become accessible.
4.How many sessions do I need? The minimum recommendation is at 8 sessions to start with, thereafter individuals can gauge their goals and experiences and decide what is the next level of achievement they wish to experience.
5. Where are the sessions held? The sessions can be held at individual residence provided they have ample space and minimal disturbance for instruction and practise. The other alternative would be a yoga space near town Area which will be used for sessions. All sessions are characterized with compassion, understanding and non-judgement in a safe and comfortable environment offering complete privacy and full confidentiality.
